The 100G QSFP28 ER4 optical transceiver module is designed for long-distance transmission in both data communication and telecommunications applications. It complies with the 100G Ethernet standard and is also compatible with the OTN OTU4 protocol.

The module incorporates an integrated 4-channel LWDM MUX and DEMUX, with center wavelengths at 1295.56 nm, 1300.05 nm, 1304.58 nm, and 1309.14 nm. It supports transmission over a single-mode fiber pair, achieving distances of up to 30 km without Forward Error Correction (FEC) and up to 40 km with FEC.
