The Network Management Unit (NMU) board is a management function module specifically designed by Easy Soaring Communications for its Optical Transport System series products. It provides comprehensive, system-wide management for the entire product line.
Utilizing a high-speed ARM processor, the NMU board delivers robust data processing capabilities. It offers multiple management interfaces for operational flexibility, including:
A graphical interface (NetRiver)
A web-based (WEB) interface
A Command-Line Interface (CLI) accessible via telnet and console
Based on a client-server architecture, the NMU supports both server-based (with server and client components) and standalone versions. This flexible design makes it suitable for network deployments of all scales, enabling network operators and enterprise users to build tailored network management solutions.
