Overview
This QSFP28 transceiver module is designed for high-performance 100G Ethernet interconnects in data centers. Compliant with the CWDM4 MSA standard, it enables 100G data transmission over up to 2km of single-mode fiber (SMF) using a duplex LC connection. It is ideal for Top-of-Rack (TOR), spine, and leaf switch interconnections.

Detailed Description

This transceiver converts four input channels of 25 Gb/s electrical data into four CWDM optical signals. These signals are multiplexed into a single single-mode fiber for 100G transmission. On the receiver end, it performs the reverse process, de-multiplexing the incoming 100G signal back into four separate electrical output channels.

The module features a 38-pin electrical interface for host communication and is built to withstand demanding operating conditions, including temperature, humidity, and EMI.
