A DCM (Dispersion Compensation Module) is a single-mode fiber to address chromatic dispersion issues in high-speed, long-distance optical communication systems.

It is specifically designed to compensate for dispersion in already deployed standard single-mode fiber links. The module features slope compensation functionality, enabling wideband dispersion slope compensation for standard single-mode fibers within the C-band, thereby optimizing the system's residual dispersion.

Built on mature and reliable fiber technology, the DCM enhances the performance of optical transmission systems. It can achieve a dispersion range from -10 to -2100 ps/nm at the 1550nm wavelength. Furthermore, We can provide products tailored to specific requirements for center wavelength and dispersion values.
