It is compliant with the 400GBASE-SR8 standard and utilizes 50G PAM4 modulation and VCSEL technology. When Forward Error Correction (FEC) is active in the host system, the module facilitates high-speed data interconnects at 400Gbps over a distance of up to 100 meters using an 8-fiber multimode cable.
